Suite à l'annonce de décembre 2024, Niantic a confirmé l'arrivée de Black Kyurem, White Kyurem et Shiny Meloetta au Pokémon GO Tour : Unova en février 2025. Du 21 au 23 février, les participants à New Taipei City, Taiwan et Los Angeles, États-Unis, peut participer à des événements spéciaux.

Pour obtenir le Kyurem de base, les joueurs doivent vaincre le Kyurem noir ou blanc dans des raids cinq étoiles. Ensuite, Kyurem peut être fusionné avec Zekrom ou Reshiram :

Kyurem noir : Nécessite une énergie de fusion de 1 000 volts, 30 bonbons Kyurem et 30 bonbons Zekrom.
