Kamitsubaki City Ensemble は、魅惑的なリズム ゲーム体験を提供します。 プレイヤーは AI の女の子たちを 4 つの難易度レベル (イージー、ノーマル、ハード、プロ) で音楽の旅へと導きます。最初は 4 つのレーンから始まり、挑戦的な体験を求めて 7 つのレーンまでエスカレートします。基本ゲームには 48 曲が収録されており、シーズン パスを通じて追加トラックを利用できます。
