Application Description

The exact method of performing *Selah* (prayer) as taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is a vital aspect of Islamic worship. The Sifetu_Selat app was created to guide users through this prayer in the precise manner demonstrated by the Prophet (p.b.h). This instructional material is based on the authentic work originally compiled by Sheikh Mohammed Nasiruddin Al-Albany. Our role has been limited to presenting his teachings accurately, with the addition of Amharic translations alongside the original Arabic text, making it more accessible to Ethiopian Muslims.

We openly acknowledge that we do not possess deep Islamic knowledge, and we do not claim to determine what should come first in religious instruction for Muslims in Ethiopia. We are simply committed to delivering verified Islamic content through technology. If any knowledgeable individual or organization wishes to assist by providing essential translated messages for Ethiopian Muslims, we are fully prepared to integrate them into our application at no cost.
