Dreamscape: An Immersive Literacy Game for Grades 3-8

Engage students in grades 3-8 with Dreamscape, a captivating literacy game from Shoelace Learning. Blending the strategic depth of base-building games with richly imaginative reading passages and interactive comprehension questions, Dreamscape delivers a fun and effective learning experience.

Players are transported to a vibrant dreamscape, tasked with protecting their "dwell" – the heart of their dream world – from invading "reveries" (dream creatures). Resource gathering and defense structure construction require players to actively read passages and answer comprehension questions. The ultimate goal? Expand your dwell, create your own reveries, collect shards to climb the leaderboard, and challenge other players!
