If you enjoy YAHTZEE, you're going to adore Five Dice.

** NEW FEATURE: Challenge your device **

Five Dice is a dice game that plays much like YAHTZEE*, Yachty, Yatzy, and similar titles. It closely follows the standard Yahtzee rules. With a simple, intuitive interface, Five Dice is your perfect choice for a quick break while waiting in line, for an appointment, or just to fill a few spare minutes (or hours!).

- On-device Top 10 high scores list

- Google Play leaderboards and Achievements

- Detailed playing statistics

- Play against your device AI

- Multiplayer options: local network and 'Play 'n Pass' (supports up to 10 players)

- Clean and simple interface

- Customizable dice and score colors

- 2 score display styles (solid color or colored border)

- 4 supported languages (English, German, Spanish, Dutch)

Use your strategic skill to play it safe and maximize your score, or take a risk and try to rack up multiple Five Dice rolls for huge points!

TRADITIONAL GAME MODE:

Traditional mode adheres closely to classic YAHTZEE rules. Each turn allows up to 3 dice rolls, with 13 turns total per game. Tap the dice you wish to keep after each roll. Maximize your points by rolling at least 3-of-a-kind for each category on the left side of the scorecard. If you score 63 points or more on the left side, you earn a 35-point bonus. Score on the right side for 3 of a Kind, 4 of a Kind, Full House, Small Straight, Large Straight, Five Dice, and Chance. Your first Five Dice (a YAHTZEE) scores 50 points, with a 100-point bonus for every subsequent one. Compete on the dedicated Traditional mode leaderboard.

SEQUENTIAL GAME MODE:

In Sequential mode, you must assign scores in a fixed order:

Left Side - 1's through 6's

Right Side - 3 of a Kind through Chance

At the start, all scoring categories are grayed out. After the first roll of each turn, the required category for that turn becomes active (highlighted in white). Once you've taken your 3 rolls, you must place your score in that active category. The only exception is if you roll a Five Dice; you may then score it immediately under the Five Dice category, and the sequence resumes on your next turn. Subsequent Five Dice rolls earn a 100-point bonus but must still follow the sequential order for other categories. Sequential mode has its own leaderboard.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE GAME MODE:

You get only one roll per turn, after which you must assign a score—even if it means taking a zero. A unique strategy is needed to maximize your points here. Do you have what it takes? Russian Roulette also features its own competitive leaderboard!

PLUS GAME MODE:

Plus mode introduces a roll-over mechanic: any unused rolls from a turn are added to your next turn. A standard game has 13 turns with 3 rolls each. In Plus mode, you still have 13 turns, but if you don't use all 3 rolls in a turn, the leftover rolls carry over. For example, using only 2 rolls on your first turn gives you 4 rolls on your second turn. Use only 1 of those, and you'll have 6 rolls on your third turn, and so on. Plus mode has a separate leaderboard for high scores.

SCORING:

After every roll, all valid scoring options are highlighted in yellow for quick decision-making. It's your choice where to assign each turn's score. A game consists of thirteen turns, with up to 3 rolls per turn. After each roll, tap the dice you want to keep; the remaining dice will be re-rolled. After your third roll, you must assign the score to proceed to the next turn. Your first Five Dice is worth 50 points, with a 100-point bonus awarded for every one after that. Score 63 points or higher on the left side of the scorecard to receive an additional 35-point bonus.
