The FreeStyle LibreLink app seamlessly integrates with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors, offering convenient glucose level monitoring directly from your smartphone. Scan your sensor with your phone to check your glucose levels, or utilize FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors for high and low glucose alerts. [12]

Using the App and Scanner Together:

The app and FreeStyle Libre 2 scanner operate independently. You can choose to receive alerts on your phone or your scanner, but not simultaneously. To receive alerts on your phone, activate the sensor through the app. To receive alerts on the scanner, activate the sensor using the scanner. Sensors activated by the scanner can still be scanned by the phone.

Important Note: The app and scanner don't communicate directly. For comprehensive data, scan your sensor with your chosen device every 8 hours. Otherwise, reports will be incomplete. LibreView.com provides a centralized platform to view data from all your devices.
