The My Renault app: Your ultimate Renault companion. Manage your vehicle, schedule maintenance, and access exclusive features – all from your smartphone.

Key App Features:

1. Vehicle Management: Access comprehensive vehicle information, including warranty details, consumable replacement schedules, and owner's manual. Enjoy convenient chat support (Angel Center Talk), insurance call center access, and recall notifications.

2. Effortless Maintenance Scheduling: Real-time maintenance network status checks and easy appointment booking. Receive timely app notifications for consumable replacements and scheduled maintenance, along with estimated cost information (where available).

3. openR Link & Panoramic Screen Integration: Unlock remote vehicle control features (remote start, climate control, door locking/unlocking, horn/light activation), locate your vehicle, and send destinations directly to your car's navigation system. Monitor key vehicle data (fuel level, mileage, total mileage).

4. Exclusive Member Benefits: Stay informed with the latest news, events, promotions, and discounts. Manage your membership details and access resources like the accessory shop, Happy Care warranty extension subscription, new vehicle information, and online quotes.

New Name and Logo: As of April 3, 2024, Renault Korea's mobile app has been rebranded as My Renault, reflecting Renault's global commitment to innovation and modern design.

Optional Permissions: You can use the app without granting optional permissions, but some features may be unavailable. These include location services (for vehicle location, navigation, and maintenance scheduling), photo/video access (for attaching images to inquiries), notifications (for alerts and event information), Bluetooth access (for digital key functionality), and phone access (for phone consultations).

Smartwatch Compatibility: Since September 1, 2023, Galaxy Watch 4 and later models (Wear OS v3.0 or higher) can access openR link remote control features via a dedicated smartwatch app. Requires prior login to the smartphone My Renault app and openR link registration; vehicle openR link compatibility is also necessary. Customizable tiles provide quick access to key information.
