AFK Journey’s First Crossover Is with Fairy Tail, Launching in May

Exciting news for fans of AFK Journey! The game is gearing up for its first magical crossover, and it's none other than with the beloved Japanese manga series, Fairy Tail, created by Hiro Mashima. This crossover promises to bring a new level of enchantment to the game.

Who Are the Guests in AFK Journey’s First Crossover with Fairy Tail?

The crossover event will introduce two iconic characters from Fairy Tail: Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia. Both characters will join the game as part of the new Dimensional faction, adding a fresh dynamic to the gameplay.

Natsu Dragneel is set to be an S-level character, reflecting his fiery and powerful persona. Lucy Heartfilia, on the other hand, will be an A-level character, suggesting she might be more accessible to players. While their specific roles and classes remain under wraps, their inclusion is sure to shake up the game's meta and enhance the overall excitement.

When Is the Crossover Launching?

Mark your calendars! The AFK Journey x Fairy Tail collaboration is set to launch on Android on May 1st, 2025. While the duration of the event hasn't been disclosed yet, the developers have released an exciting trailer that you can watch below:

AFK Journey stands out from its predecessor, AFK Arena, as it offers a 3D open-world RPG experience. Seeing Fairy Tail characters in 3D, rather than just as flat anime-style images, is sure to be a thrilling treat for players.

Currently, AFK Journey is running an event called Justice Descends, where you can meet the new Celestial Hero, Athalia, and earn Stellar Crystals and Temporal Essences. Additionally, the Dawnlight Revelry event is underway, offering even more rewards. Don't miss out on the fun—check out AFK Journey on the Google Play Store.
