This price point is exceptionally competitive, especially considering the recent upward trend in prices for RTX 50 series prebuilt systems since their launch in January. At Dell, the next cheapest option with an RTX 5080 GPU is listed well over $4,000. If you're considering building your own PC, good luck finding a standalone RTX 5080 GPU; you'll likely end up spending as much on just the GPU as you would on this fully equipped system.

The initial preorders for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards sold out within the first hour of availability. The RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 were the first to hit the market, followed by the RTX 5070 Ti in February. Similarly, prebuilt gaming PCs equipped with these GPUs are either out of stock, have increased in price, or are facing extended delivery delays.
