Once equipped, head to the pier facing the water at your objective marker. Follow the road north until you spot an undamaged tree; Henry will comment on it, guiding you further. Continue along the path until you reach a large rock, where Henry will make another remark.
Keep following the path until you encounter a gravesite in front of a tree. Use your spade to dig up the grave, and you will uncover:
With the Broken Axe in your possession, your next step is to repair it. Visit blacksmith Radovan in Tachov and request his services to mend the axe. Remember, you will need to provide him with a Fastening Material and pay a substantial fee of 699.5 groschen. Radovan can supply the Fastening Material if you don't have one.
Upon completion of the repair, the Broken Axe will transform into the Adorned Axe. To wrap up the quest, return to Zdenyek the Mouth and inform him of your success. You can then keep the Adorned Axe for use in battle, adding a powerful weapon to your arsenal.
