March events are in full swing in *Pokemon GO*, and we're ushering in the new season with a special focus on bug-type Pokemon. The Bug Out event is your golden opportunity to catch these fascinating creatures, complete with a host of bonuses and new avatar items to enhance your gameplay experience.
The Bug Out event in *Pokemon GO* kicks off on March 26 at 10 AM local time and runs until 8 PM local time on March 30. That's five full days to immerse yourself in the world of bug-type Pokemon, perfect for those looking to Shiny hunt as nearly all featured Pokemon have Shiny forms available.
During the Bug Out event, you'll encounter a higher frequency of the following bug-type Pokemon in the wild:
Get ready to welcome two new additions to *Pokemon GO* during the Bug Out event: Sizzlipede and Centiskorch. Evolve Sizzlipede into Centiskorch with 50 Sizzlipede Candy.
The Bug Out event will feature an array of raid battles, with the following Pokemon appearing at raid gyms:
