While not the fastest processor available, it's more than sufficient for gaming, as performance is largely GPU-dependent. Note that the motherboard uses DDR4 memory, which is more affordable than DDR5, making RAM upgrades cost-effective. However, upgrading to DDR5 would require a motherboard replacement. With this CPU and GPU combination, a DDR5 upgrade wouldn't yield a noticeable performance boost.
