Activision has officially announced the release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone's Season 3, set to launch on April 3. This date comes later than many fans anticipated, as the current Battle Pass countdown hinted at a reset on March 20. Despite the delay, excitement is high as Season 3 promises to be a significant milestone for both Warzone and Black Ops 6.
The anticipation has been building, particularly with Activision teasing the return of the fan-favorite Verdansk map, expected sometime this spring. The excitement was further fueled by a recent pop-up in the Call of Duty shop announcing "The Verdansk Collection," set to arrive on March 10, which many believe signals the map's much-anticipated comeback.
More details about Season 3 are expected to be revealed next week, potentially coinciding with the launch of "The Verdansk Collection" on the 10th. Until then, players can continue enjoying Season 2, which brought a wealth of new content including five multiplayer maps, the return of the Gun Game mode, new weapons and operators, and a crossover event with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Stay tuned for further updates as we approach the launch of Season 3 and the possible return of Verdansk. For the latest news and discussions, consider joining our Discord community!
