Currently, Hyper Light Breaker lacks native sensitivity settings, a surprising omission even for an Early Access title. However, Heart Machine, the developers, have confirmed plans to address this and other performance/accessibility issues via future updates. This makes waiting for an official patch the recommended approach.
While a fix is forthcoming, here are some workarounds:
Mouse and Keyboard Users: The simplest solution is adjusting your mouse DPI. This can be done through your mouse's hardware settings or via software. Remember, this affects your system-wide mouse sensitivity.
Controller Users (DS4): DS4 software allows for joystick sensitivity adjustments, which will impact in-game control. Alternatively, configure your right joystick to emulate a mouse, then adjust sensitivity as described above.
Advanced (Steam Forums Method): A community member on the Steam forums (ErkBirk) has detailed a method involving direct file manipulation using the Windows Run Command. This requires technical expertise and is not recommended for less experienced users. We advise waiting for the official patch instead.
