Poacher #1

The first poacher is relatively easy to locate. After initiating the Bird of Prey quest by speaking with the gamekeeper, make your way to the north side of the pond. Enter the forest and navigate through the tall shrubs. You'll soon stumble upon a camp where the first poacher is hiding.

Remember, while you can choose to kill the poachers, doing so will negatively impact your reputation. It’s better to resolve conflicts peacefully. The first poacher is timid and can be easily persuaded to surrender. You can either release him or turn him over to the bailiff. If you spare him, be sure to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Poacher #2

Tracking down the second poacher can be the most challenging part of the Bird of Prey quest. You can gather clues by speaking with various NPCs marked by the quest to narrow down the search area. Alternatively, head directly to the specified location. This poacher is bolder and less likely to comply unless you have a high persuasion skill. In my experience, I had to resort to killing him and taking his equipment as proof.

The third poacher is situated in Slatego Forest. For additional information, you can talk to Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia. Prepare for combat, as you may encounter wolves in this area.

You'll need to visit two locations. The first is the camp where the poacher was hiding, but it will be deserted. Search it for any useful items. Then, proceed west to the second spot, where you'll find wolves feasting on a man’s corpse. After dealing with the wolves, you'll discover the body is that of the missing poacher. Don’t forget to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Poacher #4

Finding the fourth poacher involves venturing deep into the woods, where you'll encounter three poachers. Direct confrontation isn't necessary; your objective is to gather evidence. Examine three specific items:

• Deer’s corpse
• Deer’s skin
• Hanging deer’s carcass

After inspecting these items, return to the gamekeeper to report your findings. He will then arrange for officials to handle the arrest of the poachers.

The final poacher turns out to be Hans, making this part of the quest unexpectedly personal. Locating him within the large search area can be tough, but you'll find him near the rocks on the western side of the marked area. As Henry, you won't be able to arrest your old friend, so you'll need to take his poaching kit as evidence.
