Epic Games has once again delighted gamers with their weekly free games program, shifting from a monthly to a weekly schedule. This week, you can snag Super Meat Boy Forever and Eastern Exorcist for free from the Epic Games Store, and you have until March 27th to claim them. Unlike their usual practice, Epic Games is keeping the upcoming freebies for next week a surprise.
Super Meat Boy Forever revives the intense platforming challenge fans loved, but with a twist—it's now an auto-runner. You'll navigate through deadly obstacles like sawblades, focusing on perfectly timed jumps and attacks. If you're familiar with the original Super Meat Boy, you'll appreciate the continued demand for precision, albeit in a new format. The game supports controllers, but the touch controls are sufficiently responsive if you prefer to play without one.
In contrast, Eastern Exorcist offers a more somber experience with its side-scrolling action RPG set in a world drawn from Chinese and Japanese folklore. As an exorcist, you'll battle demons and supernatural entities. The game stands out with its hand-drawn art, creating a haunting atmosphere complemented by unique character designs and beautiful cut scenes. Both Super Meat Boy Forever and Eastern Exorcist are available to download from the Epic Games Store on Android.
There Are Other New Games Too
In addition to the free offerings, Epic Games is enhancing its mobile game library. Recent additions available on both Android and iOS include Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead, MR RACER: Premium, The Forest Quartet, and The WereCleaner. Meanwhile, several games have been added exclusively to Android, such as Bowling Clash, Endling – Extinction is Forever, Chicken Police – Paint it RED, One Hand Clapping, Neighbours Back From Hell, This is The Police, This is The Police 2, This is The President, and Through the Darkest of Times.
