My Father Lied, a new point-and-click adventure game from solo developer Ahmed Alameen, is set to launch May 30th. Uncover the mystery surrounding your father's disappearance in this narrative-driven puzzler inspired by Mesopotamian history.
Play as Huda, a young woman who begins investigating her father's twenty-year-old disappearance after discovering a previously unknown brother. Alameen, initially a narrative designer working with a partner, took on game design himself after their collaboration ended.

Solve puzzles using classic point-and-click mechanics. Piece together images, crack codes, and explore stunning environments in a game described as a blend of Myst, Heaven's Vault, and the works of H.P. Lovecraft. Alameen employed a unique approach, using a mix of 2D and 360-degree images, even for frame-by-frame animated cutscenes, resulting in high-quality visuals optimized for lower-end PCs.
My Father Lied will be available on May 30th for $10.99/€ on the App Store, Google Play, and Steam. Add it to your Steam Wishlist now! Mobile pre-registration isn't yet available. Follow Lunar Games on X, Discord, TikTok, or Instagram for updates, and watch for their upcoming Kickstarter campaign.
