Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign Returns!
Final Fantasy XIV is offering a free login campaign until February 6th, 2025, allowing eligible players with inactive accounts to enjoy four consecutive days of free gameplay. This initiative follows the recent release of Patch 7.15 and precedes the anticipated arrival of Patches 7.2 and 7.3 in 2025.
The campaign, available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms, begins the moment an eligible player logs into the game launcher. Eligibility is determined by account inactivity (at least 30 days prior to the campaign start) and adherence to the game's terms of service. Players can verify their eligibility status through the Mog Station. The campaign commenced on January 9th, 2025, at 3:00 AM Eastern Time and ends February 6th, 2025, at 9:59 AM Eastern Time.
This free period provides a perfect opportunity for lapsed players to catch up on the Dawntrail expansion's side quests, including the recently returned Hildibrand adventures and a new Custom Delivery client. The campaign also coincides with the ongoing Heavensturn event (until January 16th), offering a minion reward to all participants, and the upcoming release of Patch 7.16 on January 21st, concluding the Dawntrail Role Quest series.
Producer and director Naoki Yoshida's recent New Year's message confirmed the 2025 release of Patches 7.2 and 7.3, along with smaller updates, and hinted at the future direction of the Dawntrail main storyline, sparking much player speculation. While major content updates are still some time away, this Free Login Campaign encourages players to return to Eorzea and experience the world of Final Fantasy XIV once again. Square Enix urges players to check their Mog Station accounts to confirm their eligibility.
