Gothic 1 Remake Demo Now Available on Steam

To celebrate the launch of the "Nyras Prologue" demo for the Gothic 1 Remake, THQ Nordic and Alkimia Interactive have unveiled an exciting new trailer. In a refreshing twist from the original Gothic, where players embodied the Nameless Hero, the remake introduces you to Nyras, a prisoner navigating the game's unforgiving world. Despite the new protagonist, the core mission remains unchanged: survival against all odds.

The demo, strategically released during the Steam Next Fest event, has shattered records for concurrent players, outstripping all previous entries in the Gothic series. This milestone speaks volumes about the community's anticipation and enthusiasm for the remake.
