After logging into your account, navigate to the 'Optional Items' section under 'Additional Services'. Look for the Blow Bubbles emote in the first row of New Items. For players in the US, this emote is priced at **$7.00 USD**. Keep in mind, this purchase is character-specific and cannot be gifted to others.
Once purchased, log into *FFXIV* and head to a Delivery Moogle in one of the game's major cities or hubs, or check your Free Company's mail delivery at a house if available. The emote should be ready for pickup once you see the mail icon on your HUD.
