Excitement is building as *Honkai Impact 3rd* gears up for its v8.1 update, "Drumming in New Resolutions," set to launch on February 20th. This update brings a host of new content, including exciting battlesuits, stunning outfits, and generous anniversary rewards that players won't want to miss.
Kiana returns with a bang in her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star. She's equipped with a long staff that delivers a dynamic 4-sequence attack, dealing Fire DMG and accumulating Passion Marks for potent AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM enhance her fiery prowess, ensuring enemies truly feel the heat. Meanwhile, Herrscher of Human: Ego is also receiving new gear, including a recommended Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a matching stigmata set to elevate her performance.
On the story front, v8.1 delves deeper into Leylah's narrative. Following the Spring Festival dream crisis in v8.0, Kiana is back in the real world, partnering up with Rice Cake and embarking on a new mission from Theresa. This time, they're off to the Moon Base for a celebratory event. Completing the interlude missions will reward players with Crystals, Source Prisms, and various other goodies.
The update introduces a fun board feature where players can activate and collect Yearly Chibis to build their teams. Additionally, accumulating shop tokens allows for trading in rewards such as Crystals and Coralie’s new outfit.
In addition to Coralie, Luna and Vita are getting stylish new outfits. Luna’s outfit can be obtained through spend bonuses, while Vita’s new look will be available in Outfit Supply.
The anniversary celebrations bring a slew of rewards. Simply logging in daily for seven days post-update will earn you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continue the login streak for another seven days to claim Kiana’s Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human’s new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.
From February 25th to March 4th, daily logins will grant an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional rewards. As a special thank-you, every player will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards upon the update's release.
