Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's expansive open world can initially feel overwhelming. Traversing its vast landscapes on foot is inefficient, making acquiring a horse a priority. Here's how to get one.
Getting Your Horse Back in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

You can reclaim your original horse, Pebbles. Travel to Semine in the south and speak with the horse trader. However, regaining Pebbles isn't straightforward. You'll need to either pay Groschen, persuade him, or intimidate him. During my playthrough, aligning with Radovan the blacksmith and obtaining new clothes to appear more noble allowed me to convince the trader to relinquish Pebbles without payment, though this slightly impacted my reputation in Semine. If persuasion fails, you'll need to pay.
How to Steal a Horse
Alternatively, you can steal a horse. Wild horses are rare; you'll find them primarily on farms or in stables, risking capture if you steal one.

I recommend Vidlak Pond in the west. The fishermen's farmhouse there has two horses. Simply mount one and ride away. Afterwards, visit the Nomads' Camp east of Vidlak Pond and speak to the horse trainer to learn how to saddle and tame your stolen horse (for a fee). You can also forgo this step and ride the horse untamed.
