Hulkamania Wrestling
During the late 2000s, Hogan found himself at a career crossroads. After peaking in the 1990s with WCW's NWO faction (which rejuvenated his fading career), he transitioned more toward reality television than wrestling.
His surprise collaboration with Gameloft resulted in Hulkamania Wrestling - an isometric brawler featuring Hogan against wrestlers like Rey Mysterio and The Undertaker. While typical Hogan fare (dominating younger talent), Gameloft delivered a surprisingly enjoyable wrestling experience, especially considering Java mobile platform limitations.
TNA Wrestling iMPACT!
After WCW folded in 2001, wrestling lacked credible competition for WWE. Numerous promotions tried, including TNA where Hogan joined in 2009.
The mobile version of TNA iMPACT featured Hogan alongside stars like Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy. Our original review noted: "This isn't the '80s Hulkster - just a bald man with questionable facial hair." Though the game itself was surprisingly solid, thanks largely to TNA's talented roster compensating for Hogan's aging act.
Crazy Taxi: City Rush
By 2014, Hogan had transitioned into wrestling's elder statesman role. His signature red-and-yellow colors appeared in Crazy Taxi: City Rush as a playable character driving a custom vehicle.
