Jon Favreau's Oswald the Lucky Rabbit Series Coming to Disney+

Jon Favreau, a seasoned Disney movie veteran, is teaming up with the House of Mouse to bring the classic animated icon, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, to life on Disney+. According to a Deadline report, Favreau will leverage his expertise in both live-action and animation to create an engaging TV series. He will take on the roles of writer and producer for this exciting project. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit holds a special place in Disney's history, despite his brief tenure with the company. Created by Walt Disney, Oswald starred in 26 silent cartoons from 1927 to 1928 before a rights dispute led to Universal taking control.
