Nexon has kicked off an exhilarating Season 31 for KartRider Rush+, themed around the epic tale of Journey to the West with a unique twist of Chinese mythology. This season promises high-octane racing action infused with ancient lore. With new racers, tracks, and karts, let's dive into the exciting details of what this season brings to the table.
What are the New Karts in KartRider Rush+ Season 31?
The spotlight of Season 31 shines on the dazzling new karts, Luce Bluestorm and Luce Blackstorm. But that's not all; you can also race with four new item karts: Golden Kitty Cruiser, Golden Nimbus, Honeybee, and Porkchopper. If speed is your game, you'll be thrilled with the three new speed karts: Pegasus Marathon, Game Kartridge, and Sunset Boxster. Each of these karts adds a fresh dynamic to your racing experience.
The character lineup for Season 31 is nothing short of legendary, bringing iconic figures from Journey to the West right onto the KartRider Rush+ tracks. Zhu Bajie Keffy, Tang Sanzang Bazzi, and Sha Wujing Lodumani are now part of the racing family. You can get a closer look at these characters in their KartRider avatars in the season trailer below.
Alongside the new karts and characters, Season 31 introduces some thrilling new tracks. The Speed Race track, Perimeter Dash (Camelot), is already available for racers to test their skills. Coming soon is Dam Showdown (Village), which will offer both Speed and Item modes, set to launch on March 26th. Following that, another Speed Race track, Crossroads of Fate (Abyss), will make its debut on April 10th, promising more high-speed excitement.
There Are Also Plenty of Events Lined Up
Kicking off the season's festivities, the 'Journey to the West: Time to Warm Up!' event runs until March 22nd. By simply logging in and participating in Ranked Mode races, you can earn a variety of rewards including the Rainbow Cloud Aura (Permanent), Wukong Balloon, Season Coins, Turbo Crystals, and K-Coins.
For those who log in by March 30th, there's an opportunity to unlock the Pegasus Marathon and Honeybee karts for seven days. Make use of your Season Coins at the Season Exchange, available until April 28th, to grab coveted items like Adou, Angel Mobi, the Three Kingdoms Set (M/F), and Aerial Laser.
Running from March 21st to April 16th, the Fantasy Journey to the West event offers a chance to collect up to 10 shards per day through racing. Completing this event can earn you rewards such as the Flamegale Driftmoji, Gourd Handheld, Frost Headgear, and Zhu Bajie Balloon.
