The creators of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 are offering fans a closer look at the game's diverse activities, focusing this time on village life. Players, taking on the role of Henry, will be able to engage in a range of activities, from the mundane—drinking and herding sheep—to the more adventurous—crossbow and bow shooting, hunting, and even praying. Henry will also be called upon to help villagers solve their problems, such as finding an antidote for an injured person.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is currently slated for release on February 4, 2025.
Recently, the game has become the target of online activists following the discovery of subpoenas within the game. These activists, including Grummz and others described as "agenda-driven," have launched a campaign to cancel the game. These efforts gained momentum after rumors spread online regarding the game's content and the inclusion of "progressive" concepts, fueled further by news of a Saudi Arabian ban. Social media users responded with attacks on the developers, aiming to cancel Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and discourage funding.
In response to this controversy, Warhorse Studios' PR manager, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, urged the public to trust the developers and to be discerning about information found online.
