Konami confirms a 2025 release for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura, in a recent 4Gamer interview, stated that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality remake that meets fan expectations. Okamura emphasized the team's dedication, noting the game is currently playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time focused on polishing and enhancing the overall experience.
Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but according to Konami, the launch is now scheduled for next year. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
The remake aims to faithfully capture the essence of the original while incorporating updated gameplay mechanics and stunning modern graphics. Beyond visual enhancements, Okamura promised new features designed to elevate the gameplay.
