Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has vanished. He mentions seeing a stranger in yellow lurking around, giving you your first clue. Your mission is to locate a man dressed in yellow.

As you roam the area, you can confront anyone wearing yellow, though most will deny any involvement. However, some may offer a lead, pointing you towards the stable's upper level. There, you'll find Hans attempting to charm a woman.

He reveals that Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother, is the culprit. You can inquire about Svatya's motives or the sword's whereabouts, but Hans advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't follow Svatya after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and look towards the tree where musicians are playing for the wedding guests. Svatya is to the right of the musicians, drinking by the stable wall. He's visibly carrying a sword, raising hopes of recovery.

Unfortunately, Svatya confesses to discarding the sword intended for Lord Semine. His motive was to embarrass Old Semine by suggesting he misplaced his son's gift, portraying him as senile. Svatya didn't consider the repercussions or his father's inability to shield him from theft charges.

Svatya admits to tossing the sword into the pond due to lack of time to hide it elsewhere. If you've danced with Myshka, she'll have shown you the pond. Otherwise, head to Radovan and locate the door behind him that leads to the pond's edge.

Getting the Sword

Retrieve it, and your objective shifts to returning it to Radovan. He'll ask about the thief; you can either name Svatya or sidestep the issue, emphasizing the sword's recovery.

Once you've found Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and returned it to Radovan, the ceremony can commence. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the wedding. After handing over the sword, congratulate the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
