This year, Wizards of the Coast is heavily investing in Universes Beyond sets, beginning with Final Fantasy and followed by Spider-Man and Avatar: The Last Airbender. While some may have mixed feelings about this approach, Edge of Eternities stands apart by diving into a new cosmic narrative within Magic's own universe. Although nestled between two high-profile crossover sets, it promises a unique journey. These packs are designed for draft and sealed play, containing 15 cards each (the last typically being an advert, art card, or token). The breakdown includes commons in slots 1 to 6, with card 7 being a common that could be a reprint. Uncommons fill slots 8 to 10, while card 11 is your chance at a rare or mythic.
