Virga Island: Purchase one Talisman of the Divine from the Boastful Shopkeeper in the Dragon Statue Plaza for 100,000 Reeve.
Homo Sondro Defeat: Defeating Homo Sondro, the hidden final boss encountered after completing the "Apostles of the Apocalypse" bounty (available from September 26th in the final game month), rewards you with a Talisman of the Divine.
Tower of Insolence: Ascend to the summit of the Tower of Insolence. Access to the upper floors is granted during later periods of free time in Altabury Heights. While accessible earlier, it's strategically advantageous to obtain it before facing The Devourer of Stars.
