Following the apparent success of the Esports World Cup 2024, several game publishers have announced their return for the 2025 edition. Hot on the heels of Free Fire's confirmation, Moonton has officially announced that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang will also be featured.
The 2024 tournament showcased two Mobile Legends: Bang Bang events: the MLBB Mid-Season Cup (MSC) and the MLBB Women's Invitational. These events brought together teams from various global regions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Selangor Red Giants emerged victorious in the MSC, while Smart Omega Empress defeated Team Vitality (ending their 25-game winning streak) to claim the Women's Invitational title.
A Strong Showing, But Is It Enough?
