Mortal Kombat Mobile Marks 10th Anniversary with New Diamond, Gold Characters

Mortal Kombat Mobile is hitting a major milestone, celebrating its 10th anniversary with an epic update from Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios. Set to launch on March 25th, this update packs a punch with new fighters, a revamped Faction Wars mode, a challenging new tower, and heaps of anniversary rewards to boot.

The spotlight of this update shines on MK1 Geras, debuting as a new diamond-tier fighter. Geras comes loaded with impressive abilities, including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection. To add him to your roster, you'll need to dive into the Realm Klash rewards or progress through the Kombat Pass.

Joining the fray is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter that can ascend fully to Level 5. She brings devastating unblockable attacks, a novel Gash debuff, and the ability to pilfer blood droplets from foes. You can secure her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the standard one.

The Faction Wars mode has been revamped and renamed to Realm Klash. Now, instead of solely battling for Blood Rubies, you can align with one of five distinct realms and compete for Realm Points over two-week seasons.

To mark the 10th Anniversary, new ranks have been introduced to Mortal Kombat Mobile: Elder God, God, and Demi God. Blood Ruby Packs now offer fresh Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode also boasts a visual overhaul, new banners, leaderboards, and patches for old exploits.

New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary

The new Tower of Time presents an ultimate challenge, running as a limited-time event for two weeks with only 50 floors to conquer. Seven new Tower of Time equipment pieces await, and MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras are introduced with their exclusive Brutality equipment sets.

A Fusion Boost modifier levels the playing field by enhancing the lowest fused card in your team. Alongside the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a triumphant return.

As part of this grand celebration, starting April 1st, you'll receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo daily for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension.
