Owlcat Games, renowned for its acclaimed cRPGs like Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, has announced a significant expansion into game publishing. This strategic move, following their acquisition of META Publishing in 2021, aims to support and amplify the development of narrative-driven games.

Owlcat's publishing initiative focuses on collaborating with studios sharing their passion for compelling narratives. By providing resources and expertise, Owlcat seeks to empower developers to realize their creative visions and enrich the gaming landscape with innovative storytelling.

New Games Under Owlcat's Wing:

Owlcat has already partnered with two promising studios:

• Emotion Spark Studio (Serbia): Developing Rue Valley, a narrative RPG centered around a protagonist trapped in a time loop within a remote town. The game explores themes of mental health and personal growth as the character unravels the mystery.

• Another Angle Games (Poland): Creating Shadow of the Road, an isometric RPG set in an alternate feudal Japan, blending samurai culture, honor, and tactical turn-based combat with steampunk technology and magical yokai.

Both Rue Valley and Shadow of the Road are in early development, with further details expected soon. Owlcat plans to regularly update fans on the progress of these exciting projects.
