Get ready, fans of *Persona 5*—*Persona 5: The Phantom X* is making its grand entrance on the global stage, and pre-registration for Android users is now live! Initially set to launch in Japan on June 26th, 2025, the excitement escalates as this date has been confirmed for the worldwide release too.
The game made its debut in China a year ago and has since expanded to Taiwan, South Korea, Macau, and Hong Kong, where it's available on Android, iOS, and PC. SEGA and Atlus are now ensuring a comprehensive global rollout.
*Persona 5: The Phantom X* is crafted by Black Wing Game Studio with the guidance of former *Persona 5* developers. It operates on a free-to-play model, featuring a gacha system that allows players to recruit various characters to their team.

Step into the shoes of a brand-new protagonist in *Persona 5: The Phantom X*, leading your own crew of Phantom Thieves through a stylized modern-day Tokyo filled with fresh palaces and mementos.
The game retains the series' beloved turn-based combat and dual-life rhythm, alongside light social-simulation elements and dungeon crawling. Additionally, it introduces a guild system, a PvE mode known as Velvet Trials, and brings back some familiar faces from the original *Persona 5*.
The narrative begins with the protagonist awakening from a nightmare to find themselves in a distorted version of reality. Along their journey, they encounter a talking owl named Lefaye and the enigmatic Velvet Room crew, including the long-nosed man and his assistants.
