The Punishing Gray Raven and Devil May Cry 5 crossover event for the Chinese server has a confirmed release date. Discover details about this exclusive event and what players can anticipate from the special rate-up banners during the collaboration.
Kuro Games, the developer of Punishing Gray Raven (PGR), hosted a livestream on April 27 to unveil details about the upcoming PGR x Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) collaboration. This crossover will bring DMC5 characters to the PGR Chinese server, featuring exclusive banners and a unique collaboration story event.
The collaboration was first teased during the game’s 5th anniversary livestream in late 2024, showcasing glimpses of the event with Dante and Vergil from DMC5 as new playable characters. The recent livestream confirmed these additions and shared further event details.
Kuro Games announced that the PGR x DMC5 crossover will launch on May 22 for the Chinese server. No details have been shared about potential releases in other regions.
Players can unlock a free Dante Omniframe by completing Chapter 6 of the collaboration story event. Additionally, a Vergil Omniframe will be available exclusively through the event’s limited-time banner.
The event will feature four special rate-up banners: Dante Rate Up, Fate Dante Rate Up, Vergil Rate Up, and Fate Vergil Rate Up. During this period, pulls will be discounted to 175 Black Cards per pull.
Players pulling either Dante or Vergil will receive a bonus duplicate for their first two copies, delivered via in-game mail. For instance, pulling one copy of Dante or Vergil grants an additional copy, and pulling two copies yields two extra copies. This bonus applies only to the first two pulls, after which pulls revert to a standard 1:1 ratio.
Punishing Gray Raven is available on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, the developers outlined a synchronization plan to align global server updates with the Chinese server, aiming for completion by the end of 2025.
