Why is it that Alice in Wonderland always gets the dark treatment? You don't see anyone turning The Hobbit into a grim tale where Bilbo faces charges for tax evasion. Yet, Lewis Carroll's timeless story continues to inspire dark and gothic adaptations, and the latest comes from Plarium's mobile ARPG, Raid: Shadow Legends.
From now until March 8th, players can dive into a new event inspired by the classic fairytale. This event introduces five new champions, each drawing from iconic characters of the tale: Alice the Wanderer, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the Queen of Hearts, and the Knave of Hearts. These characters are given a gothic twist, fitting perfectly into the dark fantasy world of Raid: Shadow Legends.
The event's storyline follows Alice's transition from the world of Teleria into a fantastical realm, drawn by the white rabbit. Together with the Knave of Hearts and the Cheshire Cat, Alice must confront and defeat the forces led by the Queen of Hearts and her ally, the Mad Hatter.

The star of this event, Alice the Wanderer, will be available as a free character through a 14-day loyalty program. By logging in daily during this period, players can claim various rewards, with Alice becoming available on the seventh day. To take advantage of this offer, players must start the loyalty program by March 26th.
For those interested in the Mad Hatter, he can be obtained through a Guaranteed Champion event for new players, and a Mixed Fusion Event for existing players, running until January 23rd. Players will need to complete in-game quests and tournaments to gather the necessary materials for this fusion.
Raid: Shadow Legends is no stranger to unique events, but turning Alice in Wonderland into a gothic version of Doom Slayer might just be the most intriguing yet.
