How To Rescue Ratatoskr in Central Park in Marvel Rivals

Mar 16,2025 Author: Evelyn

The second set of Midnight Features II challenges in Marvel Rivals focuses on the heroic Squirrel Girl. While some tasks are straightforward, like dealing damage as the furry Duelist, rescuing Ratatoskr in Central Park presents a unique challenge. Here's how to accomplish this.

Who Is Ratatoskr in Marvel Rivals?

To conquer the Midnight Features II challenges and claim your rewards, you'll need to know Ratatoskr. While in-game investigations suggest Squirrel Girl's monstrous transformation, Ratatoskr is actually an Asgardian squirrel-like beast. Historically a messenger for Asgard, she's known for escaping and causing mayhem. In this instance, Ratatoskr finds herself trapped in Dracula's New York, needing your help to escape.

Central Park, similar to Midtown in Season 1, serves as the special map for Season 1.5. Unlike other Quick Match and Competitive locations, you can select Central Park at will. However, rescuing Ratatoskr five times requires some luck.

Whether attacking or defending, you'll see a chained Ratatoskr in the map's center. To rescue her, you must be on the attacking team. The objective is similar to other Convoy maps: reach Ratatoskr, fill her release meter, and then escort her to the opposing side. This requires teamwork and strategic play.

Since team assignment is random, rescuing Ratatoskr five times will likely take multiple matches. Remember, both Central Park mode and the Midnight Features II challenges are time-limited, so don't delay. Fortunately, other Midnight Features II quests can be tackled concurrently.

Marvel Rivals is available now on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
