Get ready for an exhilarating new adventure! Housemarque just unveiled their latest masterpiece, Saros, at the February 2025 State of Play. Mark your calendars for 2026 because this game is set to redefine the thrill of 3rd-person action gaming on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro.
Saros promises to carry forward and elevate the gripping gameplay that fans adored in Returnal. This time, step into the shoes of Arjun Devraj, brought to life by the talented Hollywood actor Rahul Kohli. Get ready to immerse yourself in a world where every decision and action shapes your journey.
Housemarque's creative director, Gregory Louden, emphasized Saros's role in establishing a new intellectual property that builds upon the storytelling and mechanics of Returnal. Unlike the ever-shifting biomes of Returnal, Saros introduces permanent and evolving loadouts, including weapons and suits. This innovative approach allows players to "Come Back Stronger," enabling them to overcome any challenge they face.
Stay tuned for more in-depth gameplay footage coming later in 2025. You won't want to miss it!
