Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Event: Monkey Ball, Altered Beast Crossover

While the worldwide release of Sonic Rumble is still a few months away on May 8th, fans won't have to wait to dive into its first exciting crossover event. This isn't just any crossover; it's a celebration of iconic Sega characters from the past and present, joining forces in Sonic Rumble!

Interestingly, this crossover event is set to occur before the global release, exclusively for those in regions where the game is in soft launch. From now until May 7th, players can claim the Werewolf character, inspired by the classic game Altered Beast, completely free of charge.

For those who subscribe to the Sega Star Event Pass, there's more in store. Subscribers will have the chance to unlock the Weredragon from Altered Beast, as well as Opa-Opa, the beloved first mascot from the arcade hit Fantasy Zone.

Lucky you But that's not all! Additional characters will be available for purchase in the in-game Ring Shop, including Upa-Upa and the Werebear. Meanwhile, the Red Star Ring Shop will offer characters from Super Monkey Ball, such as AiAi and MeeMee.
