Spider-Man’s Time Loop Paradox
The series kicked off with a fresh take on Spider-Man's origin story. Instead of the classic lab demonstration and spider bite, Peter Parker finds himself in the midst of a battle between Doctor Strange and a monster resembling Venom. A spider from this monster bites Peter, initiating his transformation into Spider-Man. This twist hinted at a mystical or supernatural element to his powers, linked to Doctor Strange.
The Season 1 finale reveals the true complexity of this origin. Norman Osborn, with the help of Peter and other interns like Amadeus Cho, Jeanne Foucalt, and Asha, creates a device capable of opening portals to any part of the universe.
