Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert

RuneScape has just released its latest Dev's Diary for April, spotlighting the thrilling new quest, Return to the Desert: Pharaoh's Folly. This quest is now live and will be available until April 28th. In this adventure, you'll need to navigate the treacherous Shifting Tombs and alter the fate of the desert alongside familiar faces, Leela and Ozan.

Here’s the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The situation in the Kharidian desert is escalating, with Menaphos teetering on the brink of collapse due to Osman's shocking betrayal. The city is rife with division, and the ominous presence of Amascut looms large. Escaping the Shifting Tombs is just the start of the challenges you'll face.

But you won't be alone. Leela is back in action, joined by new allies and even some pets. Together, you'll delve into Menaphos's ancient secrets and unravel Osman's true intentions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh's Folly comes with rewarding perks. You can earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new bracelet, Leela's Favour. This bracelet enhances your mobility, allowing you to teleport across Menaphos districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

The Return to the Desert: Pharaoh's Folly quest is not for the faint-hearted. To embark on this journey, you'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the Beneath Scabaras' Sands quest, and to have ticked off various achievements from the Do No Evil quest within Phite Club. Additionally, you must have built the appropriate structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline.

Once you meet these criteria, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos's gates and begin the quest to save the city. So, if you're ready, download RuneScape from the Google Play Store and dive into the Return to the Desert!

Stay tuned for our next update on the surprising cancellation of Netflix Stories, and how you can still enjoy the game.
