How to Redeem Codes

Redeeming codes is straightforward. However, you must reach level 16 before accessing the redemption feature (approximately one hour of gameplay). Follow these steps:

1. Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
2. Click your avatar in the upper-left corner.
3. In the Stats menu, select the Settings button (gear icon) in the lower-left.
4. Navigate to the Basic tab.
5. In the Customer Service section, find and select the Redeem Code button.
6. Enter a code (copy-pasting is recommended) into the input field.
7. Click the Confirm button.

A successful redemption displays the message "Activation code used successfully."
