Ubisoft releases Animus Hub, a central location for all Assassin's Creed games

Ubisoft's new Animus Hub, a central control center for the Assassin's Creed franchise, simplifies access to the series' vast library. Launching alongside Assassin's Creed Shadows, the Hub acts as a central launchpad for games like Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Mirage, and the upcoming Hexe.

This centralized approach mirrors successful strategies employed by Battlefield and Call of Duty. Animus Hub isn't just a launcher; it also features exclusive Anomalies – special missions within Assassin's Creed Shadows. Completing these Anomalies rewards players with cosmetic items or in-game currency, usable for acquiring outfits and weapons.

Beyond gameplay, Animus Hub delves into the rich lore of Assassin's Creed's modern-day storyline. Players can explore journals, notes, and other supplementary materials, enriching their understanding of the overarching narrative and interconnections between the various games.

Assassin's Creed Shadows itself transports players to feudal Japan, immersing them in the political intrigue and conflicts of the samurai era. The game is slated for release on March 20, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
