"Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Beta Guide"

If you're diving into *Arise Crossover* and find yourself puzzled about progression, leveling up, or choosing the right Shadows, you're not alone. Even seasoned players can get lost in the nuances of this seemingly straightforward game where you command Shadow units to attack non-combative enemies, aiming to strengthen your roster. This guide is crafted to help you navigate through *Arise Crossover* with ease.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands hosts several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. Based on their types, the weakest unit available is Soondoo, which you can acquire right at the game's start, while the powerhouse, Mifalcon, awaits you on Brum Island's final stretch.

However, the real game-changer is the ranking system. A Rank A Soondoo will outshine a Rank D Mifalcon any day. Higher-ranked units can reach higher levels, with a Rank D unit capping at Level 75 and an SS unit soaring to Level 200. Your ultimate goal? A squad of four SS-ranked Mifalcons, but the journey to that point is where the real fun begins.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* spawn every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you jump in right as the portal is about to close, you can still complete the entire dungeon. These portals can appear in various spots across each island, and their difficulty is randomly assigned.

Start your journey with a team of Rank D units and tackle a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This approach will help you build a solid unit base and possibly snag a rare boss Shadow Unit. Dungeons are your only ticket to recruiting these rare and higher-ranked common units.

When a portal notification pops up, don't hesitate—go for it. Even if your team isn't up to snuff, hang out near the portal. Often, a high-level player will join and help you through, as many can solo these dungeons and don't mind boosting others. This community spirit is key to progressing and recruiting better Shadows from dungeons.

We've experienced the kindness of the community firsthand, being led through a Rank A dungeon with just Rank C units, which helped us recruit Rank A units and reach the endgame. We've since paid it forward, helping players with Rank D units through Rank S dungeons. Embrace this cycle of support in your gameplay.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During this Beta phase, weapons in *Arise Crossover* are largely ineffective. Early on, they might give you a slight damage boost, but by the second island, their impact diminishes significantly. The Iron Kando Blade, the game's top common weapon, costs a hefty 60m and deals 516.1K damage. Meanwhile, your units are hitting enemies with 200 to 400 million damage. Unless you're flush with in-game currency, it's wise to hold off on weapon purchases until future updates.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Just like dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, but only one player per server can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new mount spawn, though you won't always know when someone else claims it or if it vanishes.

Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller islands between them. Check the developer's map for exact spawn points.

Remember, you can't claim the same mount twice, and capturing attempts can fail. Flying mounts are the rarest, with a mere 10% spawn rate, while ground mounts are more common, and water mounts are available for purchase from the Boat Shop NPC.

To secure a mount, race to the spawn locations when you see the server message. While mounts aren't essential for game progression, a flying mount can certainly make your travels more enjoyable.

That wraps up our guide for now. We'll keep this updated as *Arise Crossover* evolves. In the meantime, don't forget to check out the latest *Arise Crossover* codes for some cool freebies.
