How To Find and Give Weapons to the Earth Sprite in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, ethereal beings offering players valuable items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, is found only in the new Chapter 6 map's Battle Royale mode (including Zero Build and Ranked).

Earth Sprite Locations:

The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern. However, only two Sprites appear per match. This means locating one requires checking multiple potential spots. Many online maps illustrate these locations; refer to community-created resources for a visual guide. These locations generally include areas around:

Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite:

Finding the Sprite is the challenge. Once located, simply interact with it (using the appropriate button). This action sacrifices your currently held weapon, but rewards you with a random Legendary weapon in return, completing a Week 1 Quest and granting 25,000 XP. While time-consuming, the high-rarity weapon makes the effort worthwhile.
