应对追踪型投射物可能会导致一些令人沮丧的BOSS战。但是，有一个技巧可以应对它们。当杜拉恩的护盾开启时，最好的方法是绕着他跑大圈。这给了玩家足够的空间躲避前两种剑击。然而，取决于召唤剑的位置，它们仍然可能危及玩家。当这些剑袭来时，最好总是跳跃作为辅助躲避手段。至于直线剑击，则需要玩家在它们即将命中之前跳跃以躲避。
杜拉恩的护盾消失的那一刻，他就会变得脆弱，可以对其进行攻击。每次他受到大量伤害后，都会瞬移离开。当他再次出现时，保持距离，因为他会重新形成护盾，如果玩家离他太近就会受到伤害。
杜拉恩可以释放两种波动攻击。第一种是火焰弹幕，第二种是大型弧形斩击。
玩家可以通过在火焰弹之间移动或跳过飞来的火焰弹来躲避。与剑击一样，最好将躲避和跳跃结合起来，以确保不会受到任何伤害。
杜拉恩的最终攻击是一个大型蓝色弧形斩击。此攻击没有空隙，唯一躲避的方法是跳过去。这些波动攻击通常发生在玩家可以对杜拉恩造成伤害的时间点附近，所以可以将它们作为攻击他的信号。
对付这个BOSS的最佳建议是理解他的攻击模式，不需要刻意练级就能战胜他。
击败杜拉恩后，玩家可以进入正下方的房间获得名为“伊格尼斯手镯”的魔法手镯。这将使玩家能够投掷火球，并迅速成为游戏中不可或缺的物品。
