Royal Petrol Fuel Station Loyalty Program

The company is Royal Petrol LLP, the owner of fuel station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - A loyalty program for existing and new customers of the Royal Petrol fuel station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company rewards Members for their purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and creating tailored promotions based on participant interests.

Rules - These terms and conditions governing the loyalty program for members.

Participant - An individual aged 14 or older who is legally permitted to enter into minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Participants must be natural persons holding an individual identification number as required by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - Personal information provided by an individual when registering for the Program. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily gives the Company explicit consent to process their personal data in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection." Processing methods include, but are not limited to, advertising and informational distribution via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone, and postal mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. This consent remains effective until the Program Participant revokes it in writing.

Virtual Card - An electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, available on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - Reward units awarded by the Company when a Participant buys goods at Royal Petrol fuel stations under the Program's terms. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 (one) tenge. Bonuses can only be redeemed for purchases within the Royal Petrol fuel station network.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – A record in the Program Database containing registration and informational data about the number of accrued/used Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
