Sony Pictures и PlayStation Productions объединяются для экранизации популярной игры Helldivers 2 на большом экране. Захватывающее объявление сделал на выставке CES 2025 глава PlayStation Productions Асад Кызылбаш: «Мы очень рады объявить, что мы» Мы начали разработку фильма по мотивам невероятно популярного фильма «Хеллдайверс 2». Подробности пока остаются в секрете, но фанаты могут ожидать зрелищных космических сражений, воплощенных в жизнь на киноэкране.

Helldivers 2, разработанная Arrowhead Studios, — это получивший признание критиков шутер, вдохновленный классической игрой Звездный десант. Игра достигла феноменального успеха, став самой продаваемой игрой PlayStation Studios: за первые 12 недель было продано 12 миллионов копий. Его популярность еще больше выросла с обновлением Illuminate, в котором вновь появилась любимая вражеская фракция из оригинальных Helldivers.

Что еще больше радует, в разработке находится экранизация Horizon Zero Dawn — совместное предприятие PlayStation Studios и Columbia Pictures — студии, стоящей за успешным фильмом 2022 года Uncharted фильм.

Кызылбаш впервые рассказал о проекте Horizon Zero Dawn: «Мы находимся на ранних стадиях работы над фильмом Horizon Zero Dawn, но можем заверить зрителей: этот мир и его персонажи получат по-настоящему кинематографический дебют».
