Secure Camera is a modern, privacy-focused camera app offering a comprehensive suite of features. Capture images, videos, and scan QR/barcodes with ease, utilizing modes like Portrait, HDR, Night, Face Retouch, and Auto (powered by CameraX vendor extensions). A user-friendly tab interface simplifies mode switching, while a conveniently accessible settings panel (accessed via a tappable arrow or swipe gestures) allows for quick adjustments. View and edit captured content within the app's integrated gallery and video player. The app boasts a fast and reliable QR scanner, capable of handling high-density codes and offering zoom, torch, and barcode type selection options. Autofocus, auto-exposure, and auto white balance are included, with manual tuning available. For enhanced privacy, Secure Camera removes EXIF metadata from images, with future plans to extend this to video metadata. Location tagging is an experimental feature.
