Apple Arcade's August update is smaller than usual, but packs a punch with three significant additions, including a Vision Pro title.
Leading the charge is Vampire Survivors+, a refined version of the acclaimed bullet-hell game. While other mobile titles predate it, Vampire Survivors+ stands out as a top contender in the genre. Its arrival is set for August 1st.
Next up is Temple Run: Legends, a fresh take on the classic endless runner. This iteration introduces a compelling storyline, character progression, and over 500 levels, alongside the traditional endless mode. It also launches August 1st.
Lastly, Castle Crumble receives a spatial update for Apple Vision Pro. This immersive version brings the physics-based destruction directly into the user's field of view, offering a completely new gameplay experience.
A Strong Showing for Apple Arcade
Despite a smaller-than-usual number of new games, this month's update is substantial. The inclusion of a BAFTA-winning title, a revamped classic, and continued Vision Pro support makes this a noteworthy release for Apple Arcade subscribers.
